Lily Alonso, PHRca (She/Her), Human Resources Manager, received her B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Management from California State University, Chico in 2018. Lily has experience in different industries including biotech, clinical research, light industry, healthcare, and most recently hospitality.

After finding her passion in HR, she received her Professional in Human Resources – California certification (PHRca). She has pivoted her career to help mission based teams, creating policies and supporting employees doing real life changing work.
