Kwame Marfo is an Associate Director at Genentech — a world-leading biotechnology company headquartered in South San Francisco, CA — where he leads teams to generate and leverage insights, powered by data analytics, to influence the strategy, planning and execution of global clinical trials.  Kwame immigrated from Ghana, and received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford and his MBA from UC Berkeley.

Kwame's interests in criminal justice reform stem from a deep drive to address inequities powered by the extreme generosity and advocacy that others have demonstrated in his life. He's always keen on co-creating to explore solutions where the head, heart, and environment intersect.
