Anastasia Mallillin (she/her), Deputy Director, s a seasoned non-profit executive with over a decade of experience driving impactful change in partnership with young people, community members, and organizations. Her career has spanned a variety of sectors, including reentry, anti-trafficking, foster care, probation systems, public education, and philanthropy. Anastasia is particularly passionate about working alongside marginalized communities to close inequity gaps and create sustainable solutions that drive systemic change.
Most recently, Anastasia served as Deputy Director at CROP Organization, where she led efforts to build organizational infrastructure and develop systems that supported the launch of a holistic reentry pilot program. Additionally, she has contributed to the success of multiple non-profits as an interim executive, focusing on strategic planning, talent development, and capacity-building.
Anastasia holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington. She is also certified in Somatic Experiencing and Nervous System Regulation Strategies. Deeply committed to living with intention, she prioritizes centering the lived experiences of those at the margins in her work.
